Bid No. 24-01 Fire Protection System Replacement at Independence Mall Garage and Parkade on 8th
This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.
The Authority intends to engage a single prime contractor for fire protection system replacement at the Autopark at Independence Mall Garage and Parkade on 8th.
Prospective Bidders must register for this solicitation using the Bidder Registration Form (control-click to follow link), prior to the mandatory Pre-Bid meeting on Thursday, March 7, 2024. Upon registration, the bid documents will be made available through a Dropbox link sent to the email address provided on the Bidder Registration Form.
Prospective Bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting that will be held at the Autopark at IMG located at 41 N. 6th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Please use the entrance on the 6th street side of the Visitor Center, located in the middle of the block.
