This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.

The Authority intends to engage a single prime contractor for intersection geometry/curbing modifications, traffic signal removal/replacement, pedestrian accommodations, paving and pavement markings to accommodate future installation of red light cameras under a separate contract.

The Authority is seeking proposals for design, installation, routine and preventative maintenance and repair services on access control and video surveillance equipment at multiple Authority Facilities. The Authority currently has 13 locations, throughout Philadelphia, with video surveillance equipment and/or access control systems.
