Bid No. 25-29 On-Call Parking Lot Asphalt Repair Services

This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority  (“Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.
The Authority is seeking bids to provide on-call parking lot asphalt repair services across multiple Authority locations in the city of Philadelphia. The Authority may award multiple contracts as a result of this solicitation.

Interested Bidders should complete the Bidder Registration Form for this solicitation. Registration ensures that the Authority will have the correct contact information to send addenda if needed.

Interested Bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the offices of the Philadelphia Parking Authority at 701 Market Street, Suite 5400, Philadelphia, PA  19106.
