Invitation for Bids & Requests for Proposals
Procurements that exceed $30,500 are solicited through a public Invitation for Bids or Requests for Proposals and are managed with a formal contract. Specific Instructions on how to participate in a public solicitation can be found by following the View Current Opportunities link below and selecting the desired solicitation. The Philadelphia Parking Authority has recently implemented a solution to provide access to contracts that have been awarded. This is a new implementation so not all contracts have been added, but we will be adding more over time.
