Monthly payment plans are available for outstanding parking tickets, past-due red light camera violations, and past-due speed camera violations. Please see below for additional information on enrollment and eligibility.

Monthly Payment Plan Frequently Asked Questions

There is no income limit for installment payment plan eligibility.

The minimum monthly payment is $20.00.

Customers must make minimum monthly payments based on the total amount enrolled in the plan. Failure to do so will result in plan cancellation.

All outstanding violations must be enrolled in a payment plan if your vehicle is currently booted or impounded.

If your vehicle is NOT currently booted or impounded, you are not required to enroll all outstanding violations.

Once a customer is enrolled in an installment payment plan, they are admitting liability to all tickets enrolled.

You can choose from the following down payment percentages and monthly plan terms: (25% for 12 months) or (25% for 18 months).

A certified cashier’s check, money order, or credit card must be provided for the initial down payment.

Checks are not accepted for the down payment if the vehicle is booted or towed. However, postal money orders and credit cards will be accepted.

If an installment payment plan is canceled due to non-payment, the customer will be responsible for the full amount of parking tickets and/or penalties and fees.

To be eligible for an installment payment plan, your outstanding balance must be at least $115.00 after making a down payment.

If your vehicle is currently booted or towed, you must see a hearing examiner at 913 Filbert Street. Following that, you can choose from the following down payment percentages and monthly plan terms: (50% for 12 months) or (50% for 24 months).

Participants must present a valid government-issued I.D. at the time of enrollment.

Additionally, the name on the credit/debit card presented for the down payment must match the ID of the customer applying for the installment payment plan.

Three (3) or more outstanding tickets will result in a vehicle becoming eligible for booting and towing.

Six (6) or more outstanding tickets will result in a vehicle becoming eligible for a vehicle registration suspension by the PA Department of Transportation.
