This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.
The Authority seeks to modernize its enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) platform through the procurement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central cloud licensing and associated implementation services from a qualified Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (“CSP”). A qualified Microsoft-authorized Cloud Solution Provider (“CSP”) must supply Business Central SaaS licensing and implement modules including, at minimum: Finance/General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and Project/Grant Management.
