The intent of this RFP is to secure preapproved law firms able to represent the Authority’s legal interests upon assignment. Over 90% of litigation and nearly all of the transitional work is handled in-house. However, the Authority does routinely engage the services of outside counsel depending on complexity, scope, insurance requirements, conflicts, and other considerations.
