To All Interested Parties: Please be advised that Michael Casey has been reassigned to the Philadelphia Parking Authority's ("Authority") Legal Department.  The Authority's Executive Director has designated Christine Kirlin as the new Director of the Taxicab and Limousine Division ("TLD").  Therefore, all inquiries and filings that are normally served upon the
