RFP No. 23-03 Consultant Services – RFP Composition, Proposal Review and Implementation
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is being issued by the Philadelphia Parking Authority, (“Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, 53 Pd. C.S. § 5501 et seq. as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law.”
The Authority seeks a highly qualified consulting firm to assist the Authority with drafting an RFP for a comprehensive Parking Management System (“System”) for On-Street parking under a contract. The successful Offeror will also assist the Authority in the proposal review and implementation processes.
