The Philadelphia Parking Authority (“Authority”) is requesting proposals from qualified accounting firms to provide outside accounting and audit services. This includes compilation services, GAAP and GASB trainings, and compliance audits of the Authority’s accounting and finance operations.

Bid No. 25-09 Surface Mount Anchors for Sign Poles

This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.

The Authority is seeking bids for high quality and cost-effective surface mount anchors for sign poles. The selected Bidder must be able to provide surface mount anchors for 2”x 2” square post, hot dipped galvanized, that consists of furnishing a breakaway steel post. The Authority intends to make a one-time purchase of 2,000 surface mount anchors with hardware include.

This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.

The Philadelphia Parking Authority (the “Authority”) is requesting proposals from investment banking firms to serve as underwriter in connection with a 2025 bond issuance for approximately $100-$120 million in new money at a 30-year debt service level. The Authority intends to select one or more firms to serve as underwriter with respect to the issuance of bonds.

The Authority intends to select one or more firms to serve as financial advisors with respect to the issuance of bonds related to the Philadelphia Parking Authority and other areas of municipal finance on an as-needed basis.
