Pursuant to a petition for a taxicab rate review that was filed with the Taxicab and Limousine Division ("TLD"), the Philadelphia Parking Authority ("Authority") approved changes to the taxicab tariff's rate structure which increases the mileage and waiting time increments from $0.23 to $0.25.
