The Philadelphia Parking Authority (“Authority”) intends to release an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a selective repair program at the Independence Mall Garage, in preparation for the multiple events and celebrations scheduled for 2026.
The project is anticipated to include five (5) prime contracts, as follows: General Construction, Electrical, Elevator, Landscaping
