If you would like to make Public Comment at the Board Meeting via the Webinar: Please register above and complete the Public Comment Registration Form, or email Kelly Quinn, Executive Board Administrator, at [email protected]. All such emails and requests must be received by Ms. Quinn by November 16, 2026 in order to be presented at this meeting.
