Bid No. 20-12 Replace Ventilation System at Independence Mall Garage

This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”. 

The Authority intends to engage two prime contractors, a general/HVAC contractor and an electrical contractor.

Prospective Bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting that will be held at the Elevator Lobby of the Independence Mall Business Center located at 501-535 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 11:00 AM. Please use entrance located on the 6th Street side.

Interested bidders must register by filling out the Bidder Registration Form. The bid documents will be made available electronically after registration.
