2026 Eagles Season
Resident and visitor permits are now fully virtual—making game-day permit use simpler for eligible South Philadelphia residents and their guests.
All Stadium District permits and temporary visitor permits are free.
Physical visitor hang tags are being replaced by Temporary Virtual Visitor Permits. Approved permits are linked directly to a guest vehicle's license plate for the applicable Eagles home game.
Eligible residents can manage permits from a phone, computer, or tablet. There is no paper permit to print, place on a dashboard, or remember on game day.
Eligibility
Depending on your residential address within the Stadium District, you may qualify for a resident permit, temporary visitor permits, or both.

Enter the house number and street name. Apartment or unit numbers are not needed.
Residents with a vehicle
Complete the resident application with the required resident and vehicle information.
Residents without a vehicle
You do not need to own a vehicle to participate in the visitor permit portion of the program.

Prefer another method? Eligible residents may also apply in person at the Residential Parking Permit service window or submit a mail-in application.
Visit the PPA Parking Portal from your phone, computer, or tablet.
Access your Residential Parking account and begin the Stadium District Permit application.
Provide the required resident and vehicle information. Stadium District permits are free.
Once approved, eligible residents are automatically approved for 30 Temporary Virtual Visitor Permits for the Eagles season.

For Eagles home games
Assign a permit before the game by entering your guest's vehicle information in the portal.
Verify the guest vehicle's license plate carefully before submitting. The permit is enforced electronically using the plate you enter.
Log in to your PPA Parking Portal account.
Select an available Temporary Virtual Visitor Permit.
Choose the date of the applicable Eagles home game.
Add the guest vehicle information, including the license plate number.
Check the plate carefully. The permit is linked electronically to that vehicle.

No. The 30 visitor permits cover the entire Eagles season, not each game. The number will be adjusted if necessary for the playoff schedule.
No. The permit is connected electronically to the guest vehicle's license plate, so nothing needs to be printed or displayed.
Yes. Residents at eligible Stadium District addresses may apply for Temporary Virtual Visitor Permits using acceptable proof of residence, such as a valid driver's license or utility bill.

No. A Residential Parking Permit (RPP), including an RPP day pass, does not replace a Stadium District Parking Permit on event days. Eligible residents must obtain a Stadium District Parking Permit.
No. Residents on the north side of Oregon Avenue are outside the eligible Stadium District permit area and cannot apply for a Stadium District Parking Permit..
