November 2019: Board Meeting Round-Up

In compliance with the age and mileage limitations for taxicabs outlined in the law and Authority regulations, the last day on which a 2011 model year vehicle may be operated in taxicab service is December 31, 2019. Due to mandatory staff training, the Taxicab and Limousine Division's (TLD) Customer Service Window will not open until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2019 and will close at 4:30 p.m. Therefore, the TLD's Customer Service Window will be closed from 8:30-1 p.m.
