This Bid is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”). Garage D is a five story precast concrete structure built in 1974 at the Philadelphia International Airport. The Authority intends to restore the building by making various repairs including; concrete repairs, joint sealant replacement, drainage, waterproofing, and expansion joint replacement.
Bid documents will be available after 3:00 PM, Friday, October 9, 2015 at 701 Market Street, Suite 5400, Philadelphia, Pa 19106 for a fee of $100.00.
