(PHILADELPHIA) - Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) Executive Director Scott Petri announced today that the PPA will be assisting the City of Philadelphia in its on-going effort to vaccinate as many Philadelphians as quickly as possible, by providing a discounted flat $5 parking rate for 2 hours in their Fashion District
