Bid No. 21-10 Structural Repairs and Maintenance at The Autopark at The Fashion District

This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.

The Authority intends to engage a single prime general contractor, for structural repairs and maintenance at The Autopark at The Fashion District.

Interested bidders must register by filling out the Bidder Registration Form.

Prospective Bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM via GoTo Meeting using the meeting information below.
