This Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) is being issued by the Philadelphia Parking Authority, (“Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, 53 Pd. C.S. § 5501 et seq. as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law.”
The Authority seeks to procure high quality and cost-effective surface mount anchors with corner bolt and nut under a one (1) year contract. The term of the contract may be extended by and at the sole option of the Authority for up to 2 (two) additional one-year renewals.
Interested Bidders must register with Shannon Stewart using the link below prior to downloading the bid documents. There will not be a pre-bid meeting held for this solicitation, however, interested bidders must register using the link below to be an eligible bidder.
Bidders must submit one sample surface mount anchor with corner bolt and nut. The sample must be received no later than Monday, January 9, 2023 at 12:00 PM. All samples must be submitted as defined in the Work Statement and be clearly labeled with the Bidder’s name.
