This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.
The Authority is seeking bids to perform cosmetic restoration to the Autopark at Old City Garage. The cometic restoration includes a renovation of the ground level elevator lobby, window seal and joint replacements, facade painting, selective paver repairs to the parking garage facility and the replacement of the Ritz Theater awning. The Authority intends to engage two prime contractors, General Construction and Mechanical.
Prospective Bidders must register using the Bidder Registration Form (upon registration, the bid documents will be sent via email to the email address provided on the Registration Form within 24 hours.
Prospective Bidders are required to attend a mandatory, in-person Pre-Bid Meeting that will be held at the Autopark at Old City Garage located at 125 South 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 Friday May 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM. A mandatory site visit will take place immediately after the Pre-Bid Meeting. Please allow for adequate time to attend both portions of the meeting.
Attendance will be taken at the site and is required to be considered an eligible Bidder.
