In response to the City's Snow Emergency being lifted at 5 p.m. Saturday, January 29, normal rates will apply at all PPA-operated Center City garages on Sunday, January 30. In order to be eligible for the $5 snow emergency rate, vehicles must exit by 9 a.m. Sunday, January 30.
