RFP No. 21-22 Family Medical Leave Act/American Disabilities Act Plan Administrator
This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.
The Authority is seeks a qualified vendor to administer all components of its Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”) and Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) programs under a two (2) year contract with three (3) one-year extensions at the sole discretion of the Authority.
