Bid No. 21-15 Plumbing Repairs at Various Locations 2021.1
This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.
The Authority intends to engage two prime contractors a plumbing contractor and electrical contractor, for plumbing repairs at Parkade on 8th, 801 Filbert Street and Independence Mall Garage, 41 N. 6th Street.
Interested bidders must register by filling out the Bidder Registration Form.
Prospective Bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Authority’s headquarters located at 701 Market Street, Suite 5400, Philadelphia, PA 19106. A site visit will be conducted for each garage immediately following the meeting.
