RFP No. 17-24 Parking Guidance Systems at Philadelphia International Airport
This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (“Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.
The Authority is soliciting written proposals from qualified vendors for a parking guidance system, signage and lighting under a contract with the Philadelphia Parking Authority.
Interested vendors must register with Mary Wheeler, via email, prior to downloading the RFP documents. See attached Notice to Offerors for more specific information regarding this opportunity. Parking Options:
Participants taking part in RFP No. 17-24 Pre-Proposal Meeting are welcome to park in the public parking facilities adjacent to the Marriott at the prevailing rate.
We anticipate that the meeting will not exceed 3 hours in length. The prevailing rate for Short Term (ground level) parking or Garage (upper levels) for up to 3 hours of parking is $15.00.
We also will allow participants to park at the Philadelphia Parking Authority Airport Administration Building free of charge. This parking will require that the participants to walk the approximate 1/4 mile each way to and from the Marriott.
Be advised that any parking on the dedicated Marriott level (Garage C, Level 2) will be a minimum of $24.00. This would be your most expensive parking option.
