The PPA’s Smart Loading Zones – equipped with cutting-edge, state-of-the-art cameras designed to monitor and time vehicles and help ensure a smooth and timely turnover of loading and unloading vehicles and spaces – will be activated in 22 center city locations. In response to the City's Snow Emergency, the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) will be offering a flat twenty-four-hour $5 parking rate at the following Center City garages beginning 7 PM tonight, Sunday, January 19, until the snow emergency is lifted.

For a flat rate of only $14 on Saturdays, you can park at the following PPA garages between 11 a.m. and 12 midnight. This discounted rate will be in effect from Saturday, November 29th, 2024, until the new year.
