As part of our mission to enhance the quality of life in Philadelphia and ensure accessibility to PPA services, our chatbot aims to provide faster and more convenient support. Please note that this version is not AI-powered, does not yet offer access to a live agent, and is currently limited to a select group of service categories for testing purposes.
This is just the beginning — the final chatbot will be released in phases as we refine it based on your input.
