The Philadelphia Parking Authority (“Authority”) intends to release a Request for Proposals for a full-service program for bus camera enforcement and associated services. The Authority is seeking a Bus Camera Enforcement System and the full range of associated support services, including but not limited to, violation validation, expert witness testimony, verifying and generating of violations, reporting, installation of hardware, field maintenance, repair services, and training.
