RFI No. 26-04 Banking and Investment Services

The Philadelphia Parking Authority (“Authority”) seeks information from qualified financial institutions to evaluate potential enhancements to its banking, cash management, and investment services. The purpose of this Request for Information (“RFI”) is to assess the current marketplace, identify best practices, and explore opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen cash flow management, and maximize financial returns.

Interested vendors will need to register using the registration form link below, prior to downloading the RFI document in order to participate in this solicitation.

Respondents are encouraged to submit questions until Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Questions must be submitted in a Word document and uploaded via the Question Submission Form using the link below.

Sealed responses must be received by 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 2, 2026, in the offices of the Authority, located at 701 Market Street, Suite 5400, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
