This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.
The Authority is seeking bids to perform a renovation of the living wall sprinkler system and to install a native, heartier species of plants which will improve the year-round appearance and reduce the necessary maintenance of the living wall at the Independence Mall Garage

Prospective Bidders are required to attend a mandatory, in-person Pre-Bid Meeting on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM and will be held in the Great Room at Independence Mall Garage located at 41 North 6th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. Please use the entrance located on the 6th Street side between Arch and Market Streets. A site visit will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Bid Meeting. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting and site visit is required to be considered an eligible Bidder.
