Bid No. 25-28 Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Services for Fencing and Gates

This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority  (“Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.

The Philadelphia Parking Authority (“Authority”) is seeking bids to provide maintenance, repair and replacement services for fencing, vehicular gates and pedestrian access systems across Authority properties in the city of Philadelphia.

Prospective Bidders must register using the Bidder Registration Form (control-click to follow link) prior to the mandatory Pre-Bid meeting.

Prospective Bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Authority’s Impound Lot 7 located at 6801 Essington Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19153. A Mandatory site visit will take place immediately following the Pre-Bid Meeting at Impound Lot 7. Please allow adequate time to attend the Pre-Bid meeting and site visit, which should last approximately 90 minutes. Bidders must attend the Pre-Bid meeting and site visit to be considered an eligible Bidder.
