The Authority’s Special Board Meeting scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on November 3, 2025, will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams webinar. You may register to attend the Board meeting virtually HERE.

Anyone wishing to make comment at the Special Board Meeting must contact Kelly Quinn at [email protected]. All such emails and requests must be received by Ms. Quinn by November 2, 2025, to be considered for the meeting.
