RFP No. 23-15 Legal Services – Real Estate
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is being issued by the Philadelphia Parking Authority, (“Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, 53 Pd. C.S. § 5501 et seq. as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law.”
The Authority is seeking proposals from law firms capable of providing legal services on real estate matters on an as needed basis under a one (1) year contract. The term of the contract may be extended by and at the sole option of the Authority for up to 4 (four) additional one-year renewals.
