RFP No. 22-01 Mobile Parking Payments 2022
This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.
The Authority is soliciting written proposals to procure a complete mobile parking payment system option for all current and planned on-street and designated off-street paid parking areas in the City of Philadelphia, along with associated services under a (3) three-year contract with the option of two (1) one-year renewals at the sole discretion of the Authority.
