Red light camera violation disputes are administered by Philadelphia’s Office of Administrative Review. To dispute your red light camera violation, please follow the instructions indicated on the violation. You may request a hearing within 30 days of the date on your Notice of Violation. If you don’t make a payment or request a hearing within 30 days of the date of your Notice of Violation, you will lose your right to a hearing and additional penalties will be added to your original fine.
