Taxicab Tariff Rate Increases
Notice to All Interested Parties:
On October 21, 2025, the Philadelphia Parking Authority (“Authority”) approved, through attached Authority Order No. 25-10, the recommendation of the Taxicab and Limousine Division (“TLD”) to amend the current taxicab tariff by approving a rate change. Attached hereto is a copy of Authority Order 25-10 (“Order”) (Download Order No. 25-10). The Order will also be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin on November 8, 2025.
Effective November 1, 2025, the current taxicab tariff is to be amended as follows:
1. The minimum fare that will include the egress fee for any trip starting at an airport taxicab stand shall be $13.00;
2. Each additional 1/10 mile or fraction thereof: $0.30; and
3. Waiting time – each 37.6 seconds under 10-11 MPH: $0.30.
All other rates and requirements as outlined in the current taxicab tariff shall remain unchanged.

The Taxicab and Limousine Division’s Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2026, which began on July 1, 2025 and ends on June 30, 2026, is attached for your reference:
The Fiscal Year 2026 Fee Schedule became effective on July 1, 2025. All applicable assessment notices will be sent to all certificate holders by email under separate cover.
