Bid No. 26-03 On-Call Supplemental Snow Removal Services at Philadelphia International Airport

This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority  (“Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.
The Authority is seeking bids to provide on-call supplemental snow removal and salting services for the Authority’s Airport Facilities at the Philadelphia International Airport (“PHL”) under a one (1) year contract. Snow removal services include removal of snow from parking facilities, salting parking facilities and stacking bulk salt in the salt shed at PHL.

Interested Bidders should complete the Bidder Registration Form for this solicitation. Registration ensures that the Authority will have the correct contact information to send addenda if needed.

Interested Bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and site visit that will be held in the offices of the Philadelphia Parking Authority’s Airport Operations located at 1 Main Toll Plaza, Philadelphia International Airport, Philadelphia, PA 19153 on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM. A mandatory site visit will take place immediately following the Pre-Bid meeting, please allow adequate time to attend the Pre-Bid meeting and site visit.
