Bid No. 16-33 Ticketing Rolls, Paper Tickets and Ticketing Envelopes

This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.

The Authority is soliciting written bids from qualified vendors in order to procure ticketing rolls, paper tickets for handheld ticketing devices, paper ticket books and ticketing envelopes under a contract with the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

Interested vendors must register with Mary Wheeler, via email, prior to downloading the Bid documents.  See attached Notice to Bidders for more specific information regarding this opportunity.  The sole contact at the Authority shall be Mary Wheeler, Manager of Contract Administration, 701 Market Street, Suite 5400, Philadelphia, PA 19106 or email at [email protected].

Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM, Friday, February 3, 2017.
