Bid No. 26-01 On-Call Inspection, Repair, Maintenance and Replacement Services for Glass Windows and Doors

This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority  (“Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.

The Authority is seeking bids to provide on-call inspection, repair, maintenance, and replacement services for glass windows and doors located at various Authority-owned and operated facilities under a three (3) year contract. The term of the contract may be extended by and at the sole option of the Authority for up to 2 (two) additional one-year renewals. The Authority may award multiple contracts as a result of this solicitation.

Interested Bidders should complete the Bidder Registration Form for this solicitation. Registration ensures that the Authority will have the correct contact information to send addenda if needed.

Interested Bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the offices of the Philadelphia Parking Authority at 701 Market Street, Suite 5400, Philadelphia, PA  19106. Bidders may also attend virtually using the Microsoft Teams meeting information in the bid document.
