This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.
The Authority is seeking a qualified mechanical contractor to replace the heating units located in the elevator lobby of the Autopark at Old City Garage. This is part of the larger scale Bid No. 25-15 Old City Garage Cosmetic Restoration program that includes additional upgrades to the elevator lobby of the Autopark at Old City Garage.
Prospective Bidders must register using the Bidder Registration Form (control-click to follow link). Upon registration, the bid documents will be sent via email to the email address provided on the Registration Form within 24 hours.
Prospective Bidders are required to attend a mandatory, in-person Pre-Bid Meeting that will be held in the elevator lobby at the Autopark at Old City Garage located at 125 South 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
Attendance will be taken at the site and is required to be considered an eligible Bidder.
