Bid No. 24-17 Electrical Upgrades at Autopark at Fashion District and Autopark at Olde City

This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.

The Authority intends to engage a single prime contractor to replace existing electrical equipment that is at or nearing the end of its useful life at the Autopark at Fashion District and the Autopark at Old City. Components scheduled for replacement include but are not limited to existing generators, transformers, electrical panels and lighting fixtures.

Prospective Bidders must register for this solicitation using the Bidder Registration Form (control-click to follow link), prior to the mandatory Pre-Bid meeting on Thursday, July 11, 2024Upon registration, the bid documents will be made available through a Dropbox link sent to the email address provided on the Bidder Registration Form.

Prospective Bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting that will be held at in the offices of the Authority’s headquarters located at 701 Market Street, Suite 5400, Philadelphia, PA 19106 on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Site Visits to both locations will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Bid Meeting and bidders must attend both site visits in order to be considered eligible bidders. Attendance will be taken at the start of each site visit. Site visits should conclude by 2:00 PM.
