Parking Ticket Amnesty Update
The Parking Amnesty program officially ended on April 30th, 2018.
Due to the large number of people who had inquired online at www.phila.gov/parkingamnesty, and the number of people who arrived in person, the Amnesty office will be open for limited hours starting May 1st, 2018.
ONLY individuals that had applied online, or have a note from the Amnesty Office to return to the office will be seen after April 30th, 2018.
If you applied online, you will receive a reply with one of two options:
- You will receive a report informing you of what you owe and what will be forgiven, along with payment instructions.
- You will receive an email reply informing you that you need to visit the Amnesty office for in-person assistance.
For each of the above options, you will have 2 weeks from the date of the email to visit the Amnesty office if you haven’t done so already.
If you are required to come to the Amnesty office, you MUST bring your email reply with you. ONLY individuals with a printed email reply will be seen.
If you have a note from the Amnesty Office to return after April 30th, you must bring the note with you in order to be seen. You must come on the specific date indicated on your note.
The Amnesty office is located at 917 Filbert Street.
