WAV Taxicab Driver Requirements
Effective today, September 2, 2015, the TLD has waived the WAV taxicab driver prerequisite outlined in 52 Pa. Code 1021.5a (b)(7)(i) requiring WAV taxicab driver applicants to have at least 2 years of Philadelphia taxicab service during the immediately preceding 3 years.
