REMINDER TO MEDALLION OWNERS OF 2010 MODEL YEAR TAXICABS:
In compliance with the age and mileage limitations for taxicabs outlined in the law and Authority regulations, the last day on which a 2010 model year vehicle may be operated in taxicab service is December 31, 2018. This date is fast approaching. See 53 Pa.C.S. § 5714 and Act 164 of 2016 - 53 Pa.C.S. § 57B02 (c)(6); see also 52
