In compliance with the age and mileage limitations for taxicabs outlined in the law and Authority regulations, the last day on which a 2011 model year vehicle may be operated in taxicab service is December 31, 2019. This date is fast approaching. See 53 Pa.C.S. § 5714 and Act 164
