December 2016 Fuel Surcharge Notice

To All Interested Parties: On November 4, 2016, Governor Wolf signed Senate Bill 984 into law ("Act 164") which legalizes Transportation Network Companies ("TNC"), such as Uber and Lyft, to provide transportation services Philadelphia. Act 164 also changes the way the Philadelphia Parking Authority regulates taxicabs and limousines providing service in
