Message from the Taxicab and Limousine Division

To All Members of the Public and Industry:

The Philadelphia Parking Authority and the City of Philadelphia have been experiencing ongoing problems with its telephone connections, specifically with voice mail. We are currently having difficulties accessing voice mails and it has been reported that some callers are unable to leave messages.

Therefore, the Taxicab and Limousine Division (“TLD”) strongly suggests that if you are trying to reach someone at the TLD and are unable to leave a voice mail message or have not yet received a response to your call, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
