The Clerk will receive and docket pleadings and other documents required by the TLD Regulations.

The Clerk will maintain a docket of proceedings. Each proceeding as initiated will be assigned a docket number. The docket will be available for inspection and copying by the public during the Authority’s office hours. Please contact the Clerk to make an appointment.  Copying fees may be assessed. All pleadings, submittals, or other documents required to be filed with the Clerk must include an original hard copy that is signed in permanent ink along with any required copies that must conform thereto.  An original hard copy  of a signed and dated certificate of service must also be attached to all filings that require service upon parties.  Submissions for filing may be directed to the Office of the Clerk at the address listed above by mail or in-person at the TLD Customer Service Window.
