Beth Grossman, Esquire, is a 1993 graduate of Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. Since then, she has had a long legal career in the public sector, serving as a prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office for over 20 years and as Chief of Staff of the Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections. Ms. Grossman is currently the program director at Scioli Turco, Inc., a 501(c)(4) non-profit, that works with community groups to obtain court-appointed conservatorships over blighted and vacant properties throughout the city in order to rehabilitate them.
