Bid No. 25-04 Installation, Maintenance and Repair Services for Fencing and Gates
This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (“Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.
The Authority is seeking bids from highly qualified vendors to provide installation, maintenance and repair services for fencing and gates located at multiple Authority locations.
Prospective Bidders must register for this solicitation using the Bidder Registration Form (control-click to follow link), prior to the mandatory Pre-Bid meeting.
Prospective Bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM that will be held in the offices of the Authority’s headquarters located at 701 Market Street, Suite 5400, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
A mandatory site walk-through will be conducted at Autopark at Benjamin Franklin Bridge located at 100 North 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 after the Pre-Bid meeting. Parking will be available at the site visit.
Please allow adequate time to attend the Pre-Bid meeting and site visit. Bidders must attend the Pre-Bid and site visit in order to be considered an eligible Bidder.
