$3.50 for First Hour Parking at the Gallery. PPA now offers $3.50 an hour for the first hour, $3.00 an hour for each of the next 2 hours, at the AutoPark at the Gallery, 10th & Filbert Streets. connected by walkway to the Gallery Mall. This is a pilot program designed to relieve the congestion caused when drivers circulate repeatedly in the area, looking for an on-street space. New Loading Regulations Effective Monday, October 19, 2009, enforcement of the new loading regulations on Chestnut and Walnut Streets will begin. Only delivery trucks are permitted to park on Chestnut and Walnut Streets from 6th to 20th Streets between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. After 10:00 a.m., trucks are not permitted to park on those blocks. A list of truck loading zones is available at www.philapark.org/loading.
